NEET MDS 2024 Results Declared: Key Highlights and Updates

Exciting news has just been unveiled for aspiring MDS candidates! The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially announced the results for the highly anticipated National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET MDS) 2024.

The NEET MDS 2024 examination, held on March 18, 2024, served as the gateway for admission to various MDS courses for the 2024-25 academic session. Prospective students, who have been eagerly awaiting their results, can now check their outcomes on the official NBEMS websites: nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in.

In adherence to the eligibility criteria outlined in the Information Bulletin for NEET-MDS 2024, the cut-off scores have been determined as follows:

  • General/EWS: 50th percentile, corresponding to 263 marks
  • SC/ST/OBC (Including PwBD of SC/ST/OBC): 40th percentile, corresponding to 230 marks
  • General PwBD: 45th percentile, corresponding to 246 marks

Furthermore, it has come to light that one question within the NEET-MDS 2024 question paper was deemed technically incorrect by subject matter experts. To rectify this, full marks have been awarded to all candidates, regardless of whether they attempted this particular question or not.

For candidates vying for the coveted all India 50 percent quota seats, the merit position will be declared separately. Meanwhile, the final merit list, categorized by state quota seats, will be generated by the respective States/Union Territories. This will be in accordance with their specific qualifying/eligibility criteria, as well as applicable guidelines, regulations, and reservation policies.

With the NEET MDS 2024 results now unveiled, aspiring dental professionals can eagerly anticipate the next steps in their academic journey. Congratulations to all successful candidates, and best wishes for the exciting endeavors that lie ahead!
