Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for Python and VBA applications, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to resolve them promptly.
Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and security patching, to keep applications running smoothly and securely.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance the functionality and usability of Python and VBA applications, contributing to their continuous improvement.
Documentation: Document processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes, ensuring knowledge transfer and smooth operations.
System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures to maintain optimal performance.
End-User Training: Provide training and support to end-users of Python and VBA applications, ensuring they can effectively utilize these tools to accomplish their tasks.
Qualifications:
